Prepares Neapolitan-style pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation, fermentation, and cooking in high-temperature ovens.
Requirements
• Experience making Neapolitan-style pizza.
• Experience working with fresh dough and fermentation.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Basic math skills.
• GED or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in any PORT27 location or concept, indoors or outdoors.
